Além dos serviços aos quais já estamos acostumados, o serviço do Google também mostrará as imagens de satélite e o Street View, com fotos do seu destino.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Com este anúncio, as ações das empresas de navegação via GPS entraram em queda livre ontem.  Garmin caiu 16% e da Tom Tom caiu 20% em um dia. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Minha opinião é que os GPS eram muito pouco user friendly quando se tratava de buscar informações locais de pontos de interesse e agora, acho que vamos ter esse problema sanado, com um produto Google.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A princípio apenas os celulares com Android 2.0.  Com certeza logo estará disponível para todos nós.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Qual será o próximo mercado onde o Google vai prestar serviços gratuitos? Google Wave tem potencial de mudar os blogs, redes sociais, sites de compartilhamento de fotos, o planejamento de projetos e principalmente acabar com o e-mail como nós conhecemos. &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt; No meu ponto de vista existe um universo de oportunidades com os aplicativos que serão desenvolvidos para o Google Wave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Será que eventualmente um blog de sucesso será uma wave aberta e bem indexada no &lt;b&gt;Google&lt;/b&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;Será que as redes sociais convergirão para o relacionamento via Wave?&lt;br /&gt;Qual será o papel do &lt;b&gt;Twitter&lt;/b&gt; e do &lt;b&gt;Facebook&lt;/b&gt; num mundo Wave?  E o &lt;b&gt;Flickr&lt;/b&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;Como será a publicidade na &lt;b&gt;Wave&lt;/b&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;A verdade é que hoje existem muitas perguntas e nenhuma resposta.&lt;br /&gt;Muitos falam que o Wave não faz o menor sentido.  Eu lembro que quando me cadastrei no &lt;b&gt;Twitter&lt;/b&gt;, não tinha a menor idéia do que fazer com aquilo.  Hoje eu uso o Twitter para informações rápidas e em tempo real.  Quando preenchi meu perfil no Orkut a primeira vez, ele não me parecia assim tão relevante.  Toda grande mudança é rechaçada num primeiro momento.  Depois ela começa a ser adotada gradualmente e aí torna-se comum para o mundo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Minha opinião é que esta ruptura parece estar presente no &lt;b&gt;Wave&lt;/b&gt; de maneira mais contundente do que em todos os exemplos anteriores. O engraçado desta afirmação é que eles não possuem nenhum controle sobre as milhões de pessoas que assistem os jogos em suas casas, estádios ou na internet.  Vai proibir o que, cara pálida???&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;A NFL  já havia proibido os jogadores de tuitarem durante os jogos da temporada de futebol americano, causando enorme polêmica nos Estados Unidos.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Estima-se que existem 25.000 jornalistas esportivos nos EUA.  Mas quem é a mídia hoje em dia? Os 25.000 jornalistas ou as dezenas de milhões de fãs da NFL?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Recentemente no Digital Age um painelista de um grande veículo de comunicação brasileiro falou textualmente que deveria haver uma lei para proibir os blogs, pois isso era muito perigoso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Na minha opinião isso é uma total falta de bom senso.  Talvez pudesse ser eficaz na década de 70 durante a ditadura.  É por essas e outras que os meios tradicionais estão falindo.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Acordem os jornalistas e donos dos meios tradicionais de comunicação, pois o mundo já mudou.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nós somos a mídia e temos um incrível poder transformador. Depois o &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Cadê&lt;/span&gt; e o Yahoo! viraram os &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;key&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;players&lt;/span&gt; no mercado de busca brasileiro, apenas para serem deixados de lado, por que eles não conseguiam atingir seus &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;objetivos&lt;/span&gt; de entregar os resultados de busca adequados.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Alguns anos depois surge o Google e revitaliza um modelo que estava fadado ao fracasso pelos investidores, pois a onda da época eram os portais verticais e não mais uma caixinha de busca. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;Impressionante&lt;/span&gt; como uma &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;idéia&lt;/span&gt; desacreditada virou um produto excelente, foi executada de maneira impecável e mudou o mundo em que vivemos, criando o gigante Google.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Quando comecei a trabalhar &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;profissionalmente&lt;/span&gt; com &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;internet&lt;/span&gt; em 1999, o livro que mais me influenciou era chamado &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;Net&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;Gain&lt;/span&gt;: Vantagem Competitiva na Internet, escrito em 1996.  O mais interessante é que o livro pregava que os sites na web &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;deveríam&lt;/span&gt; ter um equilíbrio entre comunidade, conteúdo e comércio. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Quando lançamos o site &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;Ivox&lt;/span&gt; www.ivox.com.br nosso &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;objetivo&lt;/span&gt; era ter todo seu conteúdo gerado pelo usuário. We were at the &lt;em&gt;Fortune&lt;/em&gt; 500 Forum in Charleston, S.C. in 1991 when I asked Ogilvy, then a vigorous 80-year-old, to share his advice for building and running a business.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Why I asked him, I can’t recall–maybe because he loved sharing his principles of management. In any case, I’m glad I did. I’ve kept his pencil-scrawled note in my desk drawer ever since. What better day than today to share it with you. So, here is David Ogilvy’s best business advice:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Remember that Abraham Lincoln spoke of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. He left out the pursuit of profit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Remember the old Scottish motto: “Be happy while you’re living, for you are a long time dead.”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. If you have to reduce your company’s payroll, don’t fire your people until you have cut your compensation and the compensation of your big-shots.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Define your corporate culture and your principles of management in writing. Don’t delegate this to a committee. Search all the parks in all your cities. You’ll find no statues of committees.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Stop cutting the quality of your products in search of bigger margins. The consumer always notices — and punishes you.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6. Never spend money on advertising which does not sell.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7. Bear in mind that the consumer is not a moron. She is your wife. Isso representará investimentos da ordem de US$55 bilhões de dólares.  Deste montante, US$31,5 bilhões de dólares serão direcionados para campanhas de search marketing, seja em links patrocinados, seja em campanhas de otimização de sites para ferramentas de busca.  Como comparação, os investimentos totais em marketing online no Brasil em 2008 foram de US$400 milhões de dólares e não chegam a representar 3% do total de investimentos em marketing. Pode-se notar claramente que teremos uma explosão de investimentos independente de qualquer crise mundial.   Os investimentos nestas ações de marketing online mais do que dobrarão em 05 anos, partindo de uma base de US$15bilhões.  Como comparação, no Brasil o total investido em marketing online em 2008 foi de US$400 milhões.  Ou seja, pra quem entende de mercado temos mídia online a preço muito barato no Brasil devido a um mercado ainda pequeno. Nos Estados Unidos praticamente 50% Quais os impactos essa &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;discrepancia&lt;/span&gt; pode gerar nos negócios, quais oportunidades e riscos?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2- Encontramos nos E.U.A. um mercado que continua em franca expansão, com previsão de chegar a 55 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;bilhões&lt;/span&gt; de dólares em 2014, ou seja, crescer mais de 100% em 05 anos.
